The Story Behind Tejaprana
Tejaprana Resort & Spa sits perched above the Ayung River valley, surrounded by jungle and rice terraces that have been cultivated for centuries. It's the kind of place where the air feels different the moment you arrive — cooler, quieter, alive with the sound of water and birdsong.
The resort was built with a deep respect for Balinese tradition. Every villa is designed to blend with the landscape, using local stone, reclaimed wood, and open-air architecture that invites the jungle in. The infinity pools overlook the valley. The spa treatments draw from ancient Balinese healing practices.
Tejaprana isn't just a place to stay. It's a place to slow down, reconnect, and remember what it feels like to be present.
The Collaboration
When we arrived at Tejaprana, the brief was simple: show the world what it feels like to wake up here. The morning mist over the valley. The sound of the river below. The way the light filters through the jungle canopy and lands on the stone pathways.
Over three days, we followed the natural rhythm of the resort. Early mornings at the infinity pool. Afternoons exploring the grounds and the surrounding rice terraces. Evenings where the sky turned gold and the valley fell silent. Every frame was captured with intention — not staged, but felt.
The Challenge
Tejaprana needed content that would transport viewers to Ubud before they even booked. The goal: showcase the villa experience, the infinity pools, the spa rituals, and the feeling of waking up surrounded by nature in one of Bali's most beautiful valleys.
The Solution
We arrived on location and embedded ourselves in the rhythm of Tejaprana. Early mornings at the infinity pool overlooking the valley. Afternoons drifting between the villas and the spa. Evenings where the jungle canopy turned gold. Every frame was captured with intention — not staged, but felt.
